Your product is eligible for warranty service. You can click the button below, select the platform where you purchased the product, enter your order number, and submit an application to purchase an extended warranty service for a period of two years from the purchase date.

Your order number can be found in your purchase order/history, email, or invoice. Due to the different retailers where you purchased CARSUN products, your order number may vary. Currently, our official stores only include Amazon and Wal Mart.
